Dental Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Dental Registration Act, the Singapore Dental Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Dental Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Dental Registration Regulations (Rg 1) are amended by deleting the words “High Court” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “General Division of the High Court”:

Regulation 37F(2)

Regulation 37G(2).
