Medical Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Medical Registration Act, the Singapore Medical Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medical Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Medical Registration Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 733/2010) are amended by deleting the words “High Court” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “General Division of the High Court”:
 Regulation 24A(5)(c) and (7)(b) and (c)
 Regulation 63(2)
 Regulation 64(2).
