Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020, except sections 6, 7 and 8(1), comes into operation on 8 January 2021.
