Singapore Armed Forces
(Subordinate Military Courts)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 March 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 724/2004) are amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Judge of the Supreme Court” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Supreme Court Judge”:

Regulation 9(2)(b)

Regulation 14(2); and

(b)

by deleting the words “JUDGE OF SUPREME COURT” in the following provision and substituting the words “SUPREME COURT JUDGE”:
