Enlistment Act 1970
Enlistment (Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Enlistment Act 1970, the Minister for Defence makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Enlistment (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 April 2023.
Amendment of regulation 25
2.  In the Enlistment Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 25(1)(c), replace “6 months” with “12 months”.
