(COVID-19 — Stay Orders)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 26 January 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(1) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 182/2020) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the definitions of “relevant medical certificate” and “requirements of Protocol 1”.
Amendment of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3 of the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraphs (2) and (2A); and
(b)by deleting the words “or contravenes paragraph (2)” in paragraph (3).
Amendment of regulation 4
4.  Regulation 4(5) of the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by inserting the word “or” at the end of sub‑paragraph (a); and
(b)by deleting sub‑paragraph (b).
