(Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 23 November 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 396/2022) (called in this Order the principal Order), replace “23 November 2022” with “15 November 2023”.
Amendment of paragraph 2
3.  In paragraph 2 of the principal Order, replace the definition of “specified footpath” with —
“ “specified footpath” means any of the footpaths delineated by the black-coloured lines in the map set out in the Schedule;”.
Replacement of Schedule
4.  In the principal Order, replace the Schedule with —
“THE SCHEDULE
Paragraph 2
SPECIFIED FOOTPATH
”.
