(Exemption under Section 96)
(Revocation) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Co‑operative Societies Act 1979, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Co‑operative Societies (Exemption under Section 96) (Revocation) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Co‑operative Societies (Exemption under Section 96) Order 2012 (G.N No. S 325/2012).
