Appointment of Investigation Panel
27.—(1)  For the purpose of enabling Investigation Committees to be appointed under section 30, the Board must appoint a panel (called in this Act the Investigation Panel) consisting of —
(a)not less than 10 but not more than 20 registered architects of at least 10 years’ standing who are not members of the Board; and
(b)not less than 5 but not more than 10 allied professionals or laypersons.

(2)  A member of the Investigation Panel is appointed for a term of 2 years and is eligible for re‑appointment.

(3)  The Board may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member of the Investigation Panel or fill any vacancy in its membership.
