Findings of Investigation Committee
31A.  Upon due inquiry into any complaint or information, an Investigation Committee must report its findings to the Board and recommend to the Board to do any of the following:
(a)order that the complaint or information be dismissed;
(b)order that the registered architect be issued a letter of advice or a letter of warning;
(c)order that a formal inquiry be held by a Disciplinary Committee;
(d)make any other order that the Investigation Committee considers appropriate.
