Preservation of secrecy
10.—(1)  Except for the purposes of the performance of his duties or the exercise of his functions or when lawfully required to do so by any court or under the provisions of any law, no person who is or has been a member, officer, employee, consultant or agent of the Board shall disclose to any person any information which he has acquired in the performance of his duties or the exercise of his functions.

(2)  Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
