Appeals from tribunal
26.—(1)  Subject to subsection (2), an appeal lies to the General Division of the High Court only against a decision, a direction or an order of a tribunal —
(a)on any ground involving a question of law;
(b)on the ground that the claim was outside the jurisdiction of the tribunal;
(c)made under section 6(2) or (3) or 9(2); or
(d)which is a final order.

(2)  An appeal lies to the General Division of the High Court under this section only if leave to appeal is given by a tribunal.

(3)  An order of the tribunal giving or refusing leave under subsection (2) is final and is not subject to any appeal.
