Obstructing authorised officers
57.  Any person who obstructs or hinders any authorised officer acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

57.  Any person who obstructs or hinders any authorised officer, Suspicious Transaction Reporting Officer or immigration officer within the meaning of section 48B acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
