The following Act was passed by Parliament on 27th March 1986 and assented to by the President on 29th March 1986:—

Date of Commencement: 1st April 1986
An Act to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the financial year 1st April 1986 to 31st March 1987.
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:
Short title and commencement
1.  This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1986.
Supply $11,867,713,120
2.  A sum not exceeding $11,867,713,120 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1986 to 31st March 1987 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the heads of expenditure specified in the Schedule.
