The following Act was passed by Parliament on 15th March 2013 and assented to by the President on 21st March 2013:—
Supply Act 2013

Date of Commencement: 1st April 2013
An Act to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund and the Development Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014.
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:
Short title and commencement
1.  This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.
Supply from Consolidated Fund
2.—(1)  The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014 shall be a sum not exceeding $56,339,374,800.
(2)  The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for the several Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.
Supply from Development Fund
3.—(1)  The total moneys hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014 shall be a sum not exceeding $20,271,605,300.
(2)  The moneys referred to in subsection (1) are hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
