Powers of superior commander when dealing with charge
65. A superior commander when dealing with a charge other than a charge referred to him or her under section 64(1) may —
(a)
dismiss the charge if he or she is of the opinion that it ought not to be proceeded with;
(b)
try the accused summarily;
(c)
if he or she is of the opinion that the charge should not be dealt with by him or her, refer the charge to the Director, Legal Services of the Singapore Armed Forces.
