Disputes as to compensation
23.—(1)  If any dispute arises concerning the sufficiency of compensation to be paid under sections 12(2), 13(2), 14(1), 16(2), 17(6), 18(3) and 20(4), it shall, on application for that purpose by any aggrieved person to the Authority, be determined by the Authority.
(2)  If any aggrieved person is dissatisfied with the Authority’s determination, he may, within 14 days of the determination, appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
