Prohibition against use or possession of property for terrorist purposes
5. Every person who —
(a)
uses property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of facilitating or carrying out any terrorist act; or
(b)
possesses property intending that it be used or knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that it will be used, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of facilitating or carrying out a terrorist act,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or to both.
