Part III
Actions Which Also Constitute Terrorist Acts With Effect from 2ND June 2008
Any act or omission constituting —
(a)
an offence under section 4, 5, 6 or 7 of the Internationally Protected Persons Act 2008 (Act 8 of 2008);
(b)
an offence specified in the First Schedule to that Act committed to or in relation to an internationally protected person;
(c)
an offence specified in the Second Schedule to that Act committed to or in relation to a relevant premises or a vehicle used by an internationally protected person;
(d)
an abetment of or a conspiracy or an attempt to commit —
(i)
an offence under section 4 or 5 of that Act; or
(ii)
an offence referred to in paragraph (b) or (c).
Note:
In this Schedule, the expressions “internationally protected person”, “relevant premises” and “vehicle” have the meanings given to them in the Internationally Protected Persons Act 2008.

Part V
ACTIONS WHICH ALSO CONSTITUTE TERRORIST ACTS WITH EFFECT FROM 25 OCTOBER 2014
Any act or omission constituting —
(a)
an offence under section 26B or 26D of the Radiation Protection Act (Cap. 262);
(b)
an offence specified in the Second Schedule to that Act where committed in relation to any nuclear material;
(c)
an abetment of, or a conspiracy to commit, an offence referred to in paragraph (a) or (b);
(d)
an attempt to commit an offence under section 26B of that Act;
(e)
an attempt to commit, in relation to any nuclear material, an offence specified in items 1 to 4 and 11 to 27 of the Second Schedule to that Act; or
(f)
an offence referred to in paragraph (a), (b), (d) or (e) for which a person would be made liable by virtue of section 34, 35 or 37 of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).
Note:
In this Schedule, the expression “nuclear material” has the meaning given to it in the Radiation Protection Act.

ACTIONS WHICH ALSO CONSTITUTE TERRORIST ACTS WITH EFFECT FROM 10 NOVEMBER 2015
1. Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 7(4) or (5), 7A, 7B, 7C or 7D(3) or (4) of the Maritime Offences Act (Cap. 170B).
2. Any act of violence, as defined in section 2 of the Maritime Offences Act, referred to in section 7(1) or 7D(1) of that Act.
