| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 1974. |
| Amendment of section 1 |
| 2. Subsection (2) of section 1 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is hereby amended by deleting the word “nineteen” appearing therein and substituting therefor the word “twenty-four”. |
