(Amendment No. 3) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 29 August 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by deleting the words “The Edge Property” in the first column of item 96 and substituting the word “EdgeProp”.
