Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 25th May 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting item 7 and substituting the following item:

“

7.—(1) For a Republic of Singapore International Passport (validity not exceeding 10 years) —

(a) 64 pages

$40

(b) 96 pages

$60

(2) Replacement fee for lost or damaged Republic of Singapore International Passport —

(a) first replacement

$50

(b) second and subsequent replacement

$100

(3) For a re-entry permit or duplicate thereof —

(a) as a separate document or by endorsement on a passport or other travel document for a year or part thereof

$10

(b) by endorsement on a passport or other travel document for a year or part thereof of a person travelling on a direct journey from West Malaysia to Singapore

$10

(4) For a Certificate of Identity (Form IMM (E) 16) (validity not exceeding one year)

$15

(5) Replacement fee for lost or damaged Certificate of Identity (Form IMM (E) 16) —

(a) first replacement

$50

(b) second and subsequent replacement

$100

(6) For the renewal of a Certificate of Identity (Form IMM (E) 16)

$15 per year

(7) For a Certificate of Identity for travel between Singapore and West Malaysia (validity not exceeding one year)

$15

(8) For the renewal of a Certificate of Identity for travel between Singapore and West Malaysia

$15 per year

(9) For a Document of Identity

$15
