| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 30 October 2020. |
| Amendment of rule 9B |
| 2. Rule 9B(2) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting the words “taxi service operator licence” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “street‑hail service licence”. |
