Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 6 September 2018.
Deletion of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Regulations (Rg 1) is deleted.
Miscellaneous amendments
3.  The Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Regulations are amended by deleting the words “the period of the relevant tourist event declared under” in regulations 2 and 3 and substituting in each case the words “the relevant taxable period specified in”.
