Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences)
(Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 132(7) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 5 May 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Items 42 to 85 of the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences) Rules (R 28) are deleted.
