Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 28th August 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Poisons Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the words “Amiodarone; its salts”, the word “Amisulpride”;
(b)by inserting, immediately below the words “Bezitramide; its salts”, the word “Bicalutamide”;
(c)by inserting, immediately below the words “Bretylium; its salts”, the words “Brimonidine; its salts”;
(d)by inserting, immediately below the words “Cefatrizine; its salts”, the word “Cefdinir”;
(e)by inserting, immediately below the words “Clopenthixol; its salts”, the words “Clopidogrel; its salts”;
(f)by inserting, immediately below the word “Domperidone”, the words “Donepezil; its salts”;
(g)by inserting, immediately below the words “Granisetron; its salts”, the words “Grepafloxacin; its salts”;
(h)by inserting, immediately below the words “Monofluoroacetic acid; its salts”, the words “Montelukast; its salts”;
(i)by inserting, immediately below the words “Naproxen; its salts”, the words “Naratriptan; its salts”;
(j)by inserting, immediately below the word “Ouabain”, the word “Oxaliplatin”;
(k)by inserting, immediately below the words “Pirenzepine; its salts”, the word “Piribedil”;
(l)by inserting, immediately above the words “Quinagolide; its salts”, the words “Quetiapine; its salts”;
(m)by inserting, immediately below the word “Razoxane”, the words “Reboxetine; its salts; its esters; their salts”;
(n)by inserting, immediately below the word “Ritonavir”, the word “Rituximab”;
(o)by inserting, immediately below the word “Terfenadine”, the words “Terlipressin; its salts”;
(p)by inserting, immediately below the words “Tolpropamine; its salts”, the words “Tolterodine; its salts”; and
(q)by inserting, immediately below the words “Zipeprol; its salts”, the word “Zolmitriptan”.
