Public Service
(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st November 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph (a) in the second column of item 2 and substituting the following paragraph:
(a)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Public Service Division, the National Research Foundation, the National Climate Change Secretariat or the National Population and Talent Division.”;
(b)by deleting paragraph (b) in the second column of item 3 and substituting the following paragraph:
(b)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Prime Minister’s Office (excluding the Public Service Division, the National Research Foundation, the National Climate Change Secretariat and the National Population and Talent Division), the Cabinet Office, the Istana or Parliament.”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Tan Kee Yong” in the third column of item 3, the name “Mr Tan Tee How”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”;
(e)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column of item 4;
(f)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Loh Khum Yean” in the third column of item 4, the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe”;
(g)by deleting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe”;
(h)by deleting the name of the member “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe” in the third column of item 5; and
(i)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Pang Kin Keong” in the third column of item 5, the name “Mr Tan Tee How”.
