Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (9), the following item:
“(10)  Mr Heng Swee Keat”.
