Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of Law) (Amendment)
Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) (Amendment) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 17th October 2011.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Law) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 13/2011) is amended by deleting the words “and (2)” in sub-paragraph (a).
