Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Malaysia) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Malaysia) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2005.
Declaration of Malaysia as prescribed foreign country
2.  Malaysia is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.

Made this 25th day of July 2005.
