(Approved Centres) (Amendment)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) (Amendment) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 3rd February 2014.
Amendment of Notification relating to Approved Centres
2.  Item (1) of the Notification relating to Approved Centres (N 1) is amended by deleting the words “Blocks 161 and 162 of Lloyd Leas Work Release Camp” and substituting the words “Lloyd Leas Community Supervision Centre”.
