(Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2)
Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 22 March 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 158, the following items:

“159. All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club @ Yishun Central

160. All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club @ Yishun Fern Grove”.
