(Amendment No. 4) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Singapore Academy of Law Act, the Senate of the Singapore Academy of Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Singapore Academy of Law (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2014 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2014.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Singapore Academy of Law Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) of the definition of “committee”.

Deletion of rule 9

3. Rule 9 of the Singapore Academy of Law Rules is deleted.
