Business Names Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Business Names Registration Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Business Names Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 June 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Business Names Registration Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 825/2015) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a hard copy of” in item 7; and

(b)

by deleting item 10 and substituting the following item:

“10.	Certification under section 28(1) of the Act of a copy of notice of registration, or a copy of or an extract from any document filed or lodged with the Registrar

$1 per page or part of a page”.
