Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Cheng San (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Cheng San hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Cheng San (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Cheng San (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 64) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
Type of property
Monthly conservancy
and service charges
“6.5-room Design and Build and Design Plus flat
$65.00.”; and
(b)by re-numbering the existing items 6 to 11 as items 7 to 12, respectively.
