Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Cancellation) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 5 January 2016.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
