Parking Places (Amendment) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Parking Places Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Parking Places (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 27th June 2005.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Parking Places Rules (R 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after Diagram 3, the following Diagram:
