Child Care Centres
(Revocation) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the Child Care Centres Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Child Care Centres (Revocation) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 2 January 2019.
Revocation
2.  The Child Care Centres Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
