Immigration
(Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
2.  The Sixth Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 3 and substituting the following item:
“
3.Dependant’s pass:
 
(a)application for dependant’s pass
 $60
(b)issuance of dependant’s pass
 $150
(c)replacement of lost dependant’s pass:
 
(i)first replacement
 $100
(ii)second or subsequent replacement
 $300
(d)replacement of dependant’s pass due to damage, defacement or change of particulars
 $60
”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e) of item 4, the following paragraphs:
“
(f)replacement of lost visit pass valid for 90 days or more:
 
(i)first replacement
 $100
(ii)second or subsequent replacement
 $300
(g)replacement of visit pass valid for 90 days or more due to damage, defacement or change of particulars
 $60
”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b) of item 5, the following paragraphs:
“
(c)replacement of lost student’s pass:
 
(i)first replacement
 $100
(ii)second or subsequent replacement
 $300
(d)replacement of student’s pass due to damage, defacement or change of particulars
 $60
”.
