Air Navigation
(Protected Areas)
(Amendment) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 30 October 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 350/2015) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “ANG MO KIO POLICE DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS” in item 2 and substituting the words “ANG MO KIO DIVISION HEADQUARTERS”;
(b)by deleting the words “BEDOK POLICE DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS” in item 3 and substituting the words “BEDOK DIVISION HEADQUARTERS”;
(c)by deleting the words “CLEMENTI POLICE DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS” in item 6 and substituting the words “CLEMENTI DIVISION HEADQUARTERS”;
(d)by deleting the words “JURONG POLICE DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS” in item 14 and substituting the words “JURONG DIVISION HEADQUARTERS”;
(e)by deleting the words “TANGLIN POLICE DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS” in item 38 and substituting the words “TANGLIN DIVISION HEADQUARTERS”; and
(f)by inserting, immediately after item 41, the following item:
