Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(k) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) Regulations (Rg 1, 2010 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (20), the following item:

“(21) Delta Senior School (formerly known as APSN Delta Senior School)”.
