Misuse of Drugs (Amendment)
Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 April 2019.
Amendment of Seventh Schedule
2.  The Seventh Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$500” in the second column of items 1 and 2 and substituting in each case “$515”;
(b)by deleting “$100” in the second column of items 3 and 4 and substituting in each case “$103”;
(c)by deleting “$200” in the second column of item 5(a) and substituting “$206”; and
(d)by deleting “$50” in the second column of item 5(b) and substituting “$52”.
