Education (Grant-in-aid) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Education Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-in-Aid) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Education (Grant-in-Aid) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (3) and substituting the following item:

“(3) Hwa Chong Institution.”; and

(b)

by deleting item (7).
