(Miscellaneous Fees and Rates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 May 2019.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 634/2012) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 3;

(b)

by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item:

“8.	Attendance of officer of customs during survey of dutiable goods under regulation 32, 34 or 35 of the Customs Regulations (Rg 2)

For each officer of customs, $20 per half hour or part thereof of his continuous attendance at the survey.”; and

(c)

by deleting item 14.
