Animal and Bird Shop, Poultry Shop and Hatchery (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animal and Bird Shop, Poultry Shop and Hatchery (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Amendment of rule 4

2. Rule 4(1) of the Animal and Bird Shop, Poultry Shop and Hatchery (Licensing and Control) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(d)	Hatchery for a period not exceeding one year

$140”.
