Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Trade Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31st December 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part B of the First Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the word “Norway,” in the second line of the first column.
