Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1 April 2015, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 302/2011) by inserting, immediately below the words “Singapore Business Federation.” under the sub‑heading “International Business Development:”, the words “Deep Seabed Mining.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) (Amendment) Notification 2015.
