(Amendment No. 2)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Duties Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 18 February 2019 at 5.45 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting the words “$1.00 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2710.19.71, 2710.19.72, 2710.20.00 and 3826.00.90 and substituting in each case the words “$2.00 per dal”.
