(Authorisation) (Amendment)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 8 June 2015.
Amendment of Part 3 of First Schedule
2.  Part 3 of the First Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 249/2015) (referred to in this Notification as the principal Notification) is amended by deleting item 14 and substituting the following item:
“14.Director of Manpower
(a)Sponsorship, Study Loan and Training Agreements.
(b)Service contracts in respect of SAF Servicemen.
(c)Service contracts in respect of Divisions I, II, III and IV Officers.
(d)Contracts of service.”.
Deletion and substitution of Part 4 of First Schedule
3.  Part 4 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:

4.  Part 8 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —
(a)by deleting item 37 and substituting the following item:

Amendment of Part 16 of First Schedule
5.  Part 16 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Manager” in the first column of item 13, a comma.
Amendment of Part 22 of First Schedule
6.  Part 22 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by deleting item 2 and substituting the following item:

Deletion and substitution of Part 25 of First Schedule
7.  Part 25 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
