Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 328/2004) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 40;
(b)by deleting item 43;
(c)by deleting paragraph (a) in the second column of item 49; and
(d)by deleting the words “Yellow Fever” in the third column of item 49.
